By using Spillover, you agree to these terms.

What it does

Spillover captures thoughts and blocks apps during quiet hours using Apple's Screen Time framework.

Your responsibility

You choose which apps to block and when. Hard mode cannot be bypassed. Use your judgment.

No warranties

The app is provided as-is. Some system apps cannot be blocked due to iOS limitations. Export important thoughts before deleting the app.

Liability

We're not liable for lost data, missed notifications, or inability to access blocked apps.

Ownership

Spillover is ours. Your thoughts are yours.
