Can I access blocked apps in an emergency?
Soft mode: yes, tap to bypass for 10 minutes. Hard mode: no.
Does blocking work after restart?
Yes. Resumes automatically.
Can I block Safari?
Yes. Some system apps can't be blocked due to iOS limitations.
What happens if I delete the app?
Your thoughts are deleted with it. Export first.
Block screen not appearing?
Enable Screen Time in Settings and grant Spillover permission. Restart the app.
Not getting notifications?
Check Settings > Notifications > Spillover.
